Making a run
Start a run, work through its stops, take payments, and end it.
A run is one trip round a route by one driver. Start one from Deliveries: Start a run lists the routes you can drive, the most overdue first. A route already out shows Continue run instead, because a route has one run out at a time.
The Stops tab is the map with your stops beside it. The next stop sits at the top, with whether the shop is open now, Navigate for directions and Record delivery. Every stop below says whether it was visited, with its receipt, or is still to do. Next 10 in Google Maps sends the coming stops to Google Maps as one trip.
Record each visit from the run, so it counts towards the run. A payment taken at a stop goes on the run too. Summary shows the cash you should be holding now, what was collected by card and transfer, and what the visits charged.
Notes holds a note for the office, which you can write at any point, and every note left on a visit. A shop with no opening hours shows Add hours, which brings you back to the run once they are saved.
End run, in the title bar, closes the run for good. An ended run cannot be reopened, because its cash has been counted against it, so if some stops were not visited it asks first. The run's day and times are stamped by the app, and the route's History tab lists every run with who made it and its money.
