Leave a printed receipt before you drive off

Print the customer's copy to a Bluetooth thermal printer from the phone in your hand, or to any printer without one. Receipts and delivery notes.

What you do today

You write the numbers on a duplicate book, or you promise to send them later and both of you remember the visit differently by Friday.

One concrete detail

The printed slip and the screen are rendered from one model, so a receipt cannot disagree with the total the app just showed — neither side gets to compose its own version of the visit.

Leave a printed receipt before you drive off — The actual screen, with real data.
The actual screen, with real data.

The shop owner wants something in her hand. Not an email later, not a photo of a screen — a slip she can put in the drawer next to the till, so that when the two of you compare numbers next month there is a piece of paper that agrees with you.

Printed where the work happens

A Bluetooth thermal printer costs less than a week of the disagreement it prevents, and it fits in the van. Pair it once with the free RawBT app and the Print receipt button sends the slip straight to it.

If you have no printer with you, Print without the app falls back to the phone’s ordinary print dialogue, and the on-screen version is a complete receipt by itself.

It cannot disagree with the app

The slip and the screen are built from the same model. There is no second template that renders the visit a slightly different way, and no rounding that happens in one place and not the other.

That sounds like a technical detail and it is the entire point. A receipt that shows a different total to the one the shop just agreed to is worse than handing over nothing at all, because now the paper is evidence against you.

Delivery notes carry your bank details

When a visit is left to pay later and the shop pays by transfer, the note prints the account details you set once in Settings — exactly as you typed them, one item per line. The owner does not have to ask, and you do not have to dictate a CLABE across a counter.

Common questions

What do I need to print in the van?
A Bluetooth thermal printer and the free RawBT app, paired once on the phone. After that, Print receipt sends the slip straight to the printer.
What if I have no printer with me?
Print without the app uses the phone's normal print dialogue, so it works with anything the phone can already reach. The screen version is a full receipt on its own too.
What is the difference between a receipt and a delivery note?
A receipt is the customer's copy of what was charged and paid. A delivery note is for a visit left to pay later, and it carries your bank details when the shop pays by transfer.

Why trust this

Built on a real round, and checkable

Artisanly came out of a cookie round in Mexico, written by the people who drive it. The promises below are not marketing lines — each one is enforced somewhere you could go and read.

  • A stockist's address is never published

The public where-to-buy page shows shop name and town. No street address, no coordinates, no map link. The three keys it may print are pinned in code and asserted in tests, because a stockist did not agree to be listed.

  • A driver sees only their own shops

Enforced by the database, not by hidden buttons. Another partner's shop does not appear even if somebody guesses the address, and an audit walks every table to prove no route around it was left open.

  • Both sides agree before you drive off

The count is taken in the shop and the receipt is printed there. The bill is not something reconstructed from memory at home and sent three weeks later.

  • Nothing to pay to find out
