The dashboard: Today and the Setup checklist

What the Dashboard's Today tab shows, and what each Setup check means: shops on no route, no map location, no opening hours or no weekly sales.

Español

The Dashboard has four tabs: Today, My earnings, Trends and Setup. Today, Trends and Setup count the shops in the regions chosen in the sidebar; My earnings is yours whatever the region.

Today

Four figures sit at the top, and each one opens the list it counts:

  • Deliveries due: shops due a visit, with how many are overdue and how many asked for a delivery. Opens Deliveries.
  • Your follow-ups: prospects whose follow-up is overdue or due today. Opens the Pipeline.
  • Still owed: unpaid visits and how old the oldest is. Opens Payments.
  • Awaiting the bank: transfers still to reconcile. Opens the Unreconciled list in Payments.

The two money figures are shown to staff and admins. Below them are the shops awaiting delivery, and a For you list when there is something to say, such as prospects with no weekly guess yet or how close you are to a better partner price.

Setup

Setup lists the active shops that are missing something the rest of the app relies on. The number on the tab counts each shop once, however many gaps it has. Each check shows the first five shops with See all for the rest; tap a shop to fix it. When nothing is missing, the tab says every active store is fully set up. A chain's buying office is never counted.

CheckWhy it mattersHow to clear it
Active shops on no routeA shop only comes due through a route, so nothing will remind anyone to visit it.On the shop's Route tab, choose a route under Add to a route, or tap its dot on the route's map.
Stores without a map locationNo pin on the maps and no directions. On the shop's page, choose Add location and place the pin.
Stores without opening hoursNo open or closed badge on the shop or on a run.Choose Add opening hours on the shop, or link it to Google so Google's hours are used.
Products without weekly salesA delivery there can't suggest how many to leave.Enter Sells per week on the shop's products, or set a fill level on its next delivery.

A shop leaves a list as soon as its gap is filled, so the count goes down as you work through it.
