Notifications: what you are told about and where
The five things Artisanly notifies you about, who receives each one, and where to find and clear them on a computer or a phone.
Artisanly tells you when something happens that concerns you, without you having to open the page where it happened. Notifications live inside the app; nothing is sent by email or message.
Where to find them
- On a computer, the bell sits at the top of the sidebar, beside the Artisanly mark. A number on it shows how many are unread.
- On a phone, a dot on the menu button means something is unread. Open the menu and tap the bell.
The Notifications page lists unread ones first. Tapping one marks it read and takes you to what it is about, such as the shop or the person. Mark all read clears the lot.
What you are notified about
| Notification | Who gets it | When |
|---|---|---|
| You earned an amount at a shop | The shop's Seller | When a delivery there earns them commission. A visit with several products is one notification with the total. A visit that earns nothing sends none. |
| You passed a number of units this month | The Seller | The first time in a calendar month their units reach a partner price tier above the starting one. It says what every further unit now costs them. |
| A shop was handed to you to chase | The new Seller | When somebody else makes you the Seller of a shop. Adding a shop yourself doesn't send one. |
| Somebody applied to join | Every active admin | When someone signs up through your join link, with where they said they would sell. |
| You have been approved | The candidate | When an admin approves them on the Team page. |
Those five are the only notifications there are. Deliveries due, follow-ups and money owed are not sent as notifications; they are on the Dashboard's Today tab instead.
