Candidates and the join page

How somebody who wants to sell for you gets in, and what they can do before you approve them.

Español

Under Settings there is a join link. Turn it on and post it wherever you recruit — your own site, a message, a post in a town you want to open. Somebody who follows it creates their own account and, once they confirm their email, lands inside your organisation as a candidate.

A candidate is a partner who is not approved yet. They can add the shops they would approach, guess what each would sell, and see what they would keep on that at your partner prices. They cannot record a delivery, so nothing they do accrues commission, and they see no shop but their own. The Team page lists them first, with what they told you: a WhatsApp number, where they would sell, whether they have a car, and which link they came from.

Approve them and they become a partner: deliveries, earnings, everything. Decline them and their account is switched off; the shops they added stay on the books and can be handed to somebody else, the same way a leaver's are.

Turning the link off closes it for everyone who has it. Turning it on again makes a new one.
